If something fails within your warranty period, call or text us at (509) 213-4600. We'll arrange repair or replacement through our warranty provider. We work with an independent third-party warranty provider on the 1-year plan — so it's not just our word, it's backed by a separate company.

If we can repair it, we repair it. If we can't, we replace it. Straightforward.
